At PureCure, we value your trust and strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging as received. For safety and hygiene reasons, certain categories of goods are non-returnable, especially those related to personal wellness and health care.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Opened or partially used herbal or health products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Personal or intimate care products
  • Any product exposed to contamination, damage, or misuse

Proof of purchase or a valid receipt is required to process any return. Please note that returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer unless advised by our support team.

Partial refunds may be considered only in special circumstances — such as packaging defects or courier-related damage — and will be reviewed by our quality assurance department before any decision is made.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and examined by our quality assurance team, you will be notified through official communication regarding the outcome of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within a standard processing period through your original payment method or another suitable refund channel as applicable.

Please note that shipping, service, and handling charges are non-refundable. Only the product cost may be eligible for refund, based on its returned condition and the approval of our review team.


Delayed or Pending Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please allow some additional time for internal processing and bank clearance.

If you still haven’t received your refund after completing these steps, please reach out to us at support@purecure.pk for further assistance.

First, recheck your bank or payment account.

Then contact your bank or card provider, as refund postings may take several business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support and send your item to: our office.

Gifts

Items received as gifts or giveaways are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement.
Any product sent as a complimentary gift cannot be exchanged or claimed for another item.
Such gifts are part of our promotional offers and customer giveaways, which are provided at PureCure’s sole discretion.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please contact our support team to receive the appropriate return address and instructions before shipping.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, which are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged or replacement items may vary depending on your location and courier service.

For higher-value products, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. PureCure cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
